Operations Manager

Education, qualifications and past experience?

I started my journey with BA, training to be an Air Hostess, but due to family commitments this didn’t work out for me. Since then I have had various roles always customer focused and mainly as a team leader also running a skin rejuvenation clinic for a few years leading a team of 8 people. After my 3rd child I joined Proddow Mackay in 2014 as a part time Receptionist which I spent a couple of years doing to learn the basics of Conveyancing, once I had gained enough experience I then moved to a Legal Secretary position working under Simon Proddow, this was a great experience for me and I learnt a lot from him. I have recently been promoted to the Operations Manager for the Maidenhead office and I am really excited to see what the future holds for us.

What do you enjoy most about working here?

No two days are the same which keeps it interesting. The team I work with are amazing and I am extremely proud of all we achieve on a daily basis, we all work hard to deliver exceptional levels of service to our clients.

How long have you been working here?

I have been here since August 2014.

I am probably the biggest fitness phobe going but signed myself up to do London to Brighton two years ago and am very proud to say did it in just over 4 hours raised over £2k for the British Heart Foundation and ended up in the local paper in Brighton and here with my riding buddies due to the fact we all wore bright red tutu’s.
