Education, qualifications and past experience?

I have worked as an integral part of a team previously for almost 20 years. This involved liaising with third party suppliers resolving day to day issues, managing queries from other parts of the business via telephone, face to face or email.

I am experienced in the use of Microsoft Office Packages with an intermediate level pass. After leaving school I attended Windsor & Maidenhead college and studied Travel & Tourism – in my early part of my career I worked in Travel prior to joining Leaseplan in 2001. I have attended a ‘Putting the customer first course which has helped me understand the importance of customer satisfaction.

What do you enjoy most about working here?

I enjoy the daily challenges and demonstrate a ‘can do’ approach, and I am always adaptable with other team members, I am committed to converting throughput of quotes into transactions and enjoy the interaction with clients either face to face or via the telephone. As I am relatively new to conveyancing/company, so I am enjoying learning the whole conveyancing process.

I have been here since November 2020.

I recently relished in the challenge of joining a ‘beginners runners course which resulted in me completing a 5K run.
